Our DFG Legal Mediation Team comprises our Principal, Damian Gordon, with over 27 years’ experience in mediation and more than 36 years of Legal experience.
We understand that life can throw some difficult situations your way, whether it is with your personal life, or your work and business life. We aim to understand your situation and look at ways to resolve issues with an outcome that is positive for all parties. When you take the time to discuss the issues and consider the outcomes, the ability to move forward without the costly legal fees associated with court costs become a possibility.
Our Mediation Service involves a Pre-mediation meeting with each party, followed by either a half day or full day Mediation Meeting. It is an opportunity for all parties to be heard and understood which can then lead to co-operation and discussion moving forward to a suitable outcome. We, as mediators, are a neutral point for a safe and constructive conversation regarding your disputes and conflict.

Half Day Mediation
3 hours approx.
$750.00 plus GST pp
Full Day Mediation
6 hours approx..
$1500 plus GST pp
Additional hours $250.00 plus GST.
